Real Madrid new President Ramon Calderon insists that Kaka will sign for Real Madrid.
He told Marca: "Kaka will play in Real Madrid. Capello has said to me that he is an exceptional player.
"Three months ago the player already wanted to come. Now we must speak with Milan, a person in my name already has spoken with Berlusconi and she has said to him that she does not want to sell. We will try to pay less than 50 million euros."
Calderon also claims he has reached an agreement with Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas.
"With Cesc we reached an agreement during the campaign but we have not begun to negotiate with Arsenal. We are going to try to look for solutions."
Fabregas has made announced that he wants to stay at Arsenal despite rumours of him moving to Real.
