Kaka will miss Brazil's friendly against Ireland in Dublin on Wednesday after pulling out of the squad with a knee injury.
The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) confirmed Kaka and AC Milan team-mate Alexandre Pato (ankle) will miss the friendly at Croke Park after picking up injuries while playing for their club.
"The national team technical staff are assessing if there is a need to replace both players," a CBF statement said.
Manager Dunga on Sunday named Werder Bremen defender Naldo as a replacement for injured Bayern Munich centre-back Lucio.
