Milan rule out Kaka sale
Thursday, June 05, 2008

Adriano Galliani has revealed that Milan have held talks with Chelsea over Didier Drogba, Andrei Shevchenko and Kaka.

Shevchenko has been linked with a move back to Milan after two disappointing years at Stamford Bridge, while there has also been speculation about Drogba's future.

Milan vice-president Galliani met with Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon on Tuesday and he has confirmed that the two strikers were discussed.

The officials also spoke about Milan's Brazilian playmaker Kaka but Galliani has insisted he will not be sold this summer.

Galliani maintains that Chelsea and Milan still have a good relationship despite the Premier League club's interest in hiring coach Carlo Ancelotti.

"Yesterday we had a chat with Mr Kenyon of Chelsea," Galliani told Sky Sports News.

"We were talking about football things in general. We still have a very good rapport with Stamford Bridge."

Asked if Shevchenko, Drogba and Kaka were discussed, Galliani added: "Sure we talked about all these things.

"But I can tell you for example that Kaka is absolutely not for sale.

"Just like Carlo Ancelotti he will be here next season."
