Kaka pleased with Lazio win

Kaka was on target as the Rossoneri hammered Lazio 3-0 and, after the match, singled out Beckham and Pato for special praise.
Milan comfortably cruised past Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico, leapfrogging Juventus in the Serie A standings and moving to within six points of leaders Inter.
"It was a very important night," beamed Kaka after the encounter. "Since the start of the new year, we have been saying that we needed to become more consistent and, except for the clash with Genoa, we have always done well.
"We had a great game, and [David] Beckham and [Alexandre] Pato were outstanding. My partnership with Pato is improving day by day; he is a smart lad and has a great future ahead of him."
Beckham was in fine form providing two assists, one of which was for Pato's opening goal, a pass that was expertly diverted into the net first-time by the Brazilian.
Massimo Ambrosini also got on the scoresheet and Kaka is confident this goal could be a good omen for the Diavoli.
"Ambro also netted against Lazio in the 2003-04 season, so we hope this will bring us luck for the final part of the tournament." concluded Kaką.
Ambrosini grabbed the winner in Roma on February 29, 2004; Milan went on to lift the Scudetto at the end of the season.
