Milan receive Kaka boost

Kaka's foot injury is not as bad as first feared but he is still doubtful for the Milan derby this weekend.
Kaka was injured from last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Reggina with initial fears that he might have suffered a fracture.
However, results have shown that it is a sprain and will be back in action sooner than expected.
aAlthough Kaka will not be taking part in the Milan Derby, vice president Adriano Galliani insists that his side is still firmly in the title race.
"At the moment we are all very calm and are dealing with the problems caused by our bad performance against Reggina," Galliani told Sportmediaset.
"Luckily we get the chance to play Inter this weekend and I am sure that we will get a result.
"In 2008 we won both derbies, so we are hoping to repeat that feat this time around. When we are at our best it is extremely difficult to stop us."
