Milan forward Kaka has expressed his joy following Ronaldinho’s £17 million move to the San Siro.

Former Manchester City target Ronaldinho finally put pen to paper with the Rossoneri on Tuesday night and Brazil international Kaka is relishing the prospect of playing alongside his fellow countryman.

The Milan star is hopeful his 28-year-old will enable Milan to challenge city rivals Inter at the top of Serie A.

“I’m very happy that Ronaldinho is arriving,” Kaka told reporters.

“He’ll bring talent and quality to Milan.

“It’s going to help us fight for the title.”
